NEOMED Introduces New Electronic Credentialing Management System

Student Services and the Student Credentialing staff are pleased to announce a new immunization tracking system for improved ease of managing a centralized process to upload, verify and ensure compliance for our NEOMED students starting June 1, 2019.

NEOMED has contracted with CastleBranch to implement their immunization tracking system known as MyCB for our students. The new mobile-friendly system allows for easy uploading of immunization records, quick verification of records by highly trained CastleBranch professionals, secured maintenance of immunization records, and easy 24/7 access of immunization records.

The official roll out of MyCB begins June 1st with all first year students uploading their required immunizations. Second and third year students will only need to upload their annual TB results and flu shot documentation into MyCB. The NEOMED credentialing staff will move their existing ImmunU records to MyCB for them. Fourth year students will continue to use ImmunU to minimize any need to transition for their final year. By next year, ImmunU will be completely phased out and Castlebranch will serve as the centralized electronic credentialing management system for all students.

More information about MyCB, how to works and the timeframe for beginning to set up your MyCB account will be sent to students as the June 1st Go-Live date approaches.
