What you should do if your badge doesn't work during transition to new access control system

The Department of Public Safety has been working for several months to transition to a new access control system software. We are working with our vendor to begin transitioning badge readers to the new system. While our goal is to make this as seamless as possible on the user end, we understand issues may arise and we will work to fix them immediately. Below is a tentative schedule for the badge reader transitions. 

Please know there may be temporary downtime for the listed readers on their transition date. If, after the transition date, you discover your badge is not working on the transitioned reader, contact the campus security office at ext. 6489 or email security@neomed.edu to report your issue.

Please know card reader/access issues are a priority for us and we will work to resolve issues as quickly as we can.
