The Department of Public Safety continues to work with its vendor on the transition to our new access-control system software. We are approaching the end of this project.
While our goal is to make this as seamless as possible for you, we understand issues may arise and we will work to fix them immediately.
Here is a tentative schedule for the badge reader transitions. Please know there may be temporary downtime for the listed readers on their transition date.
If, after the transition date, you discover your badge is not working on the transitioned reader, contact the campus security office at ext. 6489 or email security@neomed.edu to report your issue. Please know card reader/access issues are a priority for us and we will work to resolve issues as quickly as we can.
