Big changes coming to Dining Services

Exciting updates are on the horizon for Dining Services — and we can't wait to share them with you!

As we prepare to roll out new menus, fresh options and upgraded experiences, there are a few important changes to note:

Key Dates & Updates

Starting Friday, Sept. 19:

Whale Cards and Whale Gift Cards will no longer be accepted at The Bistro or The Coffee Shop.

Effective immediately:

You can no longer add funds to Whale Cards for retail or food and beverage purchases. Additionally, Whale Gift Cards are no longer available for purchase.

Still have a balance?

• No worries! You can continue to use existing Whale Cards and Gift Cards at the University Bookstore through the end of the semester, until the University closes in December. 
• Balances on Whale Cards in excess of $5 will be refunded after the first of the year.

Temporary Closure

To get ready for these changes, The Bistro will be closed September 17–19.
