Building the future of healthcare, one Health and Well-Being Coach at a time: Welcome, Fall 2026 cohort

The future of healthcare is built on meaningful conversations. On August 4, NEOMED launched the Fall 2026 Health & Well-Being Coaching Certificate Program, welcoming our fifth cohort since 2023.

This outstanding group of 28 University Hospitals employees, representing diverse healthcare professions and departments across the health system, came together for Immersion Day to connect, learn and discover the power of health and well-being coaching. From exploring the coaching profession to building community with their peers, learners left energized and ready to incorporate evidence-based coaching skills into healthcare—enhancing patient care, strengthening teams and advancing whole-person health.
