Call for faculty abstracts for Celebration of Health Professions Education

We look forward to hosting our Spring Celebration of Health Professions Education the afternoon of Monday, April 22, 2024. One of the highlights of each event has been the “Education Innovation” presentations by our NEOMED faculty!

NEOMED faculty are invited to submit their educational or curricular innovation to share in a 15-minute presentation at the April event. Faculty may select from one of four education innovation categories, including conceptual projects to be completed, in-progress innovations, curricular (course) design reports, and completed education innovation projects. Faculty are invited to present individually or in teams, and innovations previously presented in other venues are welcome. In-person presentations are preferred, however the opportunity to present remotely via Zoom is available during this hybrid event. We want to share your great work with our NEOMED community!

Faculty are encouraged to apply by Feb. 12. This brief online application details what to include in the abstract to describe your education innovation and how to upload your abstract (max 500 words).

Questions regarding the application process or presentation format may be directed to teachingexcellence@neomed.edu.

We hope you will consider sharing your education innovation with your NEOMED colleagues,
