The Third Annual NEOvations Bench to Bedside Competition will be abuzz with innovative ideas for medical technology to meet the current needs of patients. Those who attend will explore novel solutions from student teams and hear from someone who is no stranger to developing innovative solutions.
Jessica Sublett, J.D., CEO of Bounce Innovation Hub in Akron, is keynote speaker for the event. Sublett earned her law degree with a certificate in intellectual property from the University of Akron after studying business management at the University of Findlay.
Sublett has worked for Fortune 500 companies and held numerous leadership positions throughout her academic career including serving as president of the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Association at the University of Akron, vice president of the Student Bar Association at the University of Akron, vice president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society at the University of Akron and president of the Student Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management at the University of Findlay.
