Changes within the Office of the President, Strategy Office

The President’s Office is pleased to announce the following changes within the Strategy Office.

Samantha Bliss has accepted a new appointment as the Director of Strategy and Transformation, effective October 2, 2023. In this role, she will direct the operations, implementation, review and assessment of strategic initiatives across the University that drive the strategic plan. Samantha will provide operational and financial guidance, high-level project management, implement effective communication mechanisms and represent the Strategy Office to ensure the timely implementation and evaluation of strategic initiative projects and key performance indicators.

Jordan Cinderich, M.Ed., LSSBB, has accepted a new appointment to the director of operational excellence, effective October 2, 2023. Jordan will provide leadership for the development, implementation, communication and administration of programs and processes related to operational excellence of the Strategy Office, including the Lean Six Sigma service line, and he will lead professional education initiatives under the new Institute for Executive Education and Healthcare Leadership.

The Strategy Office announces the departure of Clayton O’Neal, strategic initiatives analyst, to pursue a new career opportunity. Clayton began his career in 2021 at NEOMED as an administrative specialist in the Office of the President.  Best wishes to Clayton in his new endeavor.
