Dear NEOMED Community:
As the University’s strategic plan is exhibiting early success with its first phase of initiatives, we are already realizing increased demand and capacity to do more. As a result, we are pleased to announce changes within the Strategy Office.
Jordan Cinderich, M.Ed., has accepted an appointment as a process engineer within the Strategy Office, effective Sept. 3, 2021. Jordan will serve as an internal consultant, leading process improvement and strategic initiatives across all levels of the University. His responsibilities include facilitating and training cross-functional teams to identify and improve processes utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles while significantly impacting organizational goals.
Jordan previously served as a coordinator in the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs at NEOMED and as associate director of Campus Ministry at Kent State University.
Samantha Bliss has been promoted to manager of strategic initiatives, effective July 1, 2021. Providing oversight for the interconnectivity of the initiatives that drive the strategic plan, Sam manages the planning, implementation, review and assessment of the strategic initiatives across the University ecosystem in support of its mission, vision and values.
Samantha previously worked as an administrative specialist in the Office of the President and as the alumni relations coordinator at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Please congratulate Jordan and Sam on their new roles at NEOMED.
