Check-in for Those With a Flexible Work Arrangement

Human Resources reminds employees with a Flexible Work Arrangement to ensure that you and your manager are meeting every three months to discuss that arrangement.

If there are no changes to be made after three months, an email from the manager must be sent to me confirming there are no changes.

If there are suggested changes to be made to the arrangement, a new form must be completed and approved by the appropriate parties and sent to Toccara Ball, senior HR generalist, for final approval. Forms and a guide were emailed to employees on Feb. 8.
