Students: Take a study break and connect with President John Langell and members of the student organization Wilderness Medicine from 5 to 6 p.m. Monday, March 14 on the Michelle and Rick Mulhern Climbing Wall in Sequoia Wellness.
No experience is needed, says Niki Price, M2 and president of Wilderness Medicine or WILDMED. The event is free and open to all students. Dress in activewear.
"Climbing is a great full-body workout,” Price says, “and it lends itself to improved hand-eye coordination, dexterity and problem-solving.”
