College of Pharmacy faculty honored with fellow status

Headshot of Dr. Matthew KostoffCongratulations to Matthew Kostoff, Pharm.D., M.B.A., BCACP, BCPS, FNLA, on being awarded Fellow status in the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists!

Dr. Kostoff is associate professor of practice practice in the College of Pharmacy and also teaches in the College of Graduate Studies.

This honor is bestowed upon members of the organization with a record of outstanding service and at least 10 years of professional service to pharmacy practice in acute or ambulatory care settings.

Additional eligibility requirements include:

  • Demonstration of sustained commitment or contributions to excellence in pharmacy practice in acute and ambulatory care settings
  • Contribution to the total body of knowledge in pharmacy practice in acute and ambulatory care settings
  • Involvement in and commitment to educating practitioners and others
  • Demonstration of active involvement and leadership in ASHP.

Dr. Kostoff will be recognized at the Pharmacy Futures Conference this summer.
