Commencement information from the Registrar's Office
Important information from the Office of the Registrar
Although Commencement day is Saturday, May 4, conferral of all degrees can take up to 30 days, pending receipt of all final grades. Once degrees have been conferred, Parchment will send a digital copy of students' diplomas to their NEOMED email account. The printed copy will arrive via mail in approximately 30-60 days after receipt of the digital diploma, to the address provided in the graduation application.
Students should ensure that the Office of the Registrar has the correct address on file. The address provided on the Graduation Application will be used to mail the diploma once a degree has been conferred. Students can add or update their Diploma Address in Banner Self-Service.
All address edits must be submitted by 8 a.m. on May 10, 2024, to ensure the diploma is sent to the correct location.
Addresses may also be updated in Parchment within 72 hours after receiving the digital diploma.
Transcripts
Final transcripts, with graduation date and degree listed, will be ready once the degrees have been conferred. Students may place an order for a digitally secure e-transcript and/or mailed paper transcript in Parchment.
Please note - Students may place an order for a transcript at any time, but “final transcripts” with the graduation date and degree conferred will not be available until the digital diploma is received.
