The Strategy Office is pleased to announce Jordan Cinderich, M.Ed., has attained the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
As the University’s process engineer, Jordan facilitates and trains cross-functional teams to identify and improve processes using Lean Six Sigma principles. In addition, Jordan serves as an internal consultant, promoting operational excellence, leading process improvement and strategic initiatives across all levels of the University.
