Consideration for proposal submissions

There is a critical consideration for faculty submitting proposals that require the new SciENcv biosketches, as well as RPPR’s coming due, Just In Time Submissions, and prior approval submissions requiring biosketches.

Biosketches created and certified prior to March 20, 2026 are no longer valid (are expired).

ALL investigators and any senior/key personnel will have to certify their biosketches again, download and provide updated copies to the ORSP person working on your submission.

Note: You can check the date of your certification by viewing the bottom of your biosketch under the ‘Certification’ section where it will say, ‘Certified by.’
