Around the World Challenge

Join us in a virtual journey around the world! Track your daily steps and activities to travel the globe and visit over 30 natural and man-made wonders of the world. Registration will open August 15 with the challenge running from August 22 through October 1. Stay tuned for more information on participating!

Heart Health

Through a combination of educational sessions, the Healthy Heart, Healthy You program will allow participants to recognize serious signs and symptoms of heart disease, reduce risk factors, and develop healthy behaviors to improve heart health and function. Taking action now can prevent you from developing heart related issues in the future. Program will meet on Wednesdays beginning July 13.
