Howard Sutton's project streamlined the process for dealing with cyberthreats to NEOMED's email accounts. Sutton, from Information Technology, was able to identify variation in how cyberthreats are evaluated and resolved.
Many other teams and individuals have been working to implement the concepts and tools offered by the Lean Six Sigma program in a way that creates positive impact on the NEOMED community.
