With just one day remaining until the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification Ceremony, check out what this team from the September training cohort has achieved for NEOMED:
Molly O'Malley from the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is hoping to transform the search committee process to reduce the time it takes to identify the most qualified, EEO-compliant candidate. The SIPOC (suppliers, inputs, process, outputs, customers) diagram and process map helped her identify the current process steps and areas where improvement can be made.
Many other teams and individuals have been working to implement the concepts and tools offered by the Lean Six Sigma program in a way that creates positive impact on the NEOMED community.
To learn more about the projects creating positive change at NEOMED, join us for the Yellow Belt Certification Ceremony from 1-2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 10 via Zoom. Please reach out to LSS@neomed.edu for more information.
