Coursedog: Academic and event scheduling

NEOMED is growing, with new programs and increasing student enrollment. While our campus continues to evolve, we must carefully manage one important resource: available space.

This means we must work to be efficient with the space we have as we navigate our growth. Historically at NEOMED, excel spreadsheets and  Outlook calendars were tools used for reserving and managing space and scheduling views ~ With growth comes the opportunity to make change and improve how we manage our spaces! Beginning with preparations for the 2027–2028 Academic Year, Coursedog Academic Operations Platform will be used for managing academic scheduling and eventually, event reservations.

Over the coming weeks and months, you’ll hear more about Coursedog, what is changing and what it means to you. Training sessions on Coursedog use are planned, as are regular updates to keep you apprised. Stay tuned as we prepare for a new, improved way to schedule and manage space across campus!
