Here's what's planned for De-Stress Fest from Nov. 13-17

It's time to DE-STRESS!

Starting Monday, Nov. 13, students can enjoy all the planned wellness activities to reduce their stress, mentally prepare for final fall exams, and "feel the love" and support for their academic success and personal well-being!

Nov. 13

Monday morning, we'll have free coffee and cookies for STUDENTS outside of the Student Services office to get your week started.

At 3 p.m., students can create and eat a Date-Night Meal on a College-Student Budget with Chef Rodney in the NEOMED kitchen! Space is limited to the first 25 students.


Nov. 14

Free 10-minute chair massages are available. Sign up now. Plus enjoy our coffee-house guitarist, Kevin as you have lunch in the NEW Center Atrium and cuddle with the Therapy Dogs...all between 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Then celebrate NEOMED's 50th Anniversary at the noon celebration in the Jay A. Gershen Atrium. Wear your white coat for lots of group photos to commemorate this day! Finish your Wednesday in the NEW Center Atrium with LATE NIGHT BREAKFAST - a free buffet of your favorite breakfast foods at 8-10 p.m. to energize your late-night studying.


Nov. 16

Then on Thursday, de-stress with something sweet at the ICE CREAM SOCIAL with toppings from all our favorite support departments and staff at 3-4:30 p.m. in the atrium outside Watanakunakorn Auditorium.


Nov. 17

De-Stress Fest ends on Friday with morning tea and cookies from 7:40-11 a.m. outside of Student Services.


PLUS! The meditation Labyrinth will be set up throughout the week in the NEW Center Atrium. Walk it and relax!
