Be a WELL-WHALE and learn LIFE SKILLS 4 WELLNESS!
The 2023-24 Life Skills 4 Wellness series will begin with a physical-wellness session titled, "Mind and Body Benefits of Yoga: Rest and Reset with VinYin Yoga!"
The session, free and open to all, will be from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30 in Olson Auditorium. Jessica Russell, a certified yoga instructor, will lead.
No yoga skills required.
PLUS...join the Friday Fun lunches from noon to 1 p.m. every Friday beginning Sept. 1 in the Jay A. Gershen Atrium seating near the fireplace. Bring your lunch and meet someone new, play fun board games or meet a special lunch guest. What a great way to build your social network!
