Enhanced IT Account Request
We are excited to announce an improvement to the IT Account Request process. Requests will move from the current form-based process to a fully integrated workflow application within TeamDynamix.
This enhancement is part of our ongoing effort to improve service delivery, streamline request processing, and provide greater transparency for our University community.
What's Changing?
Instead of submitting a basic form and waiting for updates, requestors will now use a dedicated workflow application in TeamDynamix. The new system guides requests through the appropriate approvals and processing steps while keeping all information in one centralized location.
Benefits for Requestors
The most significant benefit is full visibility into the status of your request. With the new workflow application, requestors will be able to:
- Track the progress of requests in real time
- See which stage of the process a request is currently in
- Receive updates as requests move through the provisioning process and fulfillment
- Access a complete history of request activity
- Communicate more effectively with IT through the TeamDynamix platform
No more wondering whether a request has been received, approved, or completed — the status will be available whenever you need it.
Benefits for the University
The new workflow application will also help IT and departmental stakeholders by:
- Automating task routing
- Reducing manual processing
- Improving accuracy and consistency
- Creating a clear audit trail for account requests
- Enabling more efficient processing of requests
What to Expect
The overall purpose of the IT Account Request process remains the same, but users will notice a more structured and transparent experience. Additional guidance and training resources are available in the Knowledge Base.
If you have a shortcut saved to the previous IT Account Request, it will need to be updated with the new URL. We look forward to delivering a more efficient and user-friendly IT Account Request experience through TeamDynamix.
