OnlineMedEd has launched a scholarship opportunity, the OnlineMedEd Scholarship for Future Black Physicians. OnlineMedEd will provide a $12,000 scholarship to a selected Black student pursuing a degree to become an M.D. or a D.O.
OnlineMedEd has shared that the second annual OnlineMedEd Scholarship for Future Black Physicians is a reaffirmation of OnlineMedEd's commitment to improve health outcomes for all patients by addressing disparities wherever they are.
Training more Black health professionals is a critically important step to help close the health disparity gap and help more Black students achieve their dreams of becoming great doctors. The application and further details including a scholarship FAQ.
Application deadline is Sunday, June 19, at 11:59 p.m. CST. The application is a few questions and a short video. The question responses are not to be longer than 350 words per question. The video should be around 3 minutes.
