Fall 2026 Educational Benefits

Hello Campus Colleagues,

It is time to apply for the Fall 2026 Educational Benefits.  Please find the application below. To complete your submission, be sure to include the following:

• A completed application form - https://neomed0.sharepoint.com/humanresources/Shared%20Documents/Benefits/Educational%20Benefits/Educational%20Benefits%20Application%20Current%20-%20Filliable.pdf
• A copy of the student’s class schedule
• A copy of the invoice

Please return the required documents to kstormer@neomed.edu no later than 1 week prior to classes starting in August 2026.

For those completing the Spring 2026 semester: Please note that final grades must be submitted before applying for benefits for the new semester.
