From HR: FY23 Compensation Increase

As we begin our new fiscal year, NEOMED is pleased to provide compensation increases effective July 1, 2022.

Beginning this week, eligible faculty and staff will receive personal letters from Human Resources providing individual and specific compensation information. Below please find key points of the compensation increase.

  • Eligible employees include those who have been employed for at least six months and faculty not enrolled in the Faculty Empowerment Plan.
  • Performance increases are provided for those employees completing the 2021-2022 year-end LEAD Review.
  • Staff members who have submitted their Incentive Bonus Plan forms will receive their bonus in August.
  • Faculty who have submitted their Service Incentive Bonus forms will receive their bonus in September.
  • Faculty not enrolled in the Faculty Empowerment Plan will receive a 2% increase.
  • Select positions were approved for reclassification and impacted individuals will receive their specific information.
