At NEOMED, we’re committed to creating meaningful opportunities for our staff to grow, advance and thrive. Thanks to feedback from our eNPS survey and focus group sessions, we heard clearly that internal mobility and better visibility into career opportunities matter to you and we are taking action.
We’re excited to introduce enhancements to our job posting process that prioritize our internal talent. Moving forward, hiring managers may post staff positions internally first, giving our employees the opportunity to explore and apply for new roles before external candidates are considered.
To further support career advancement:
- Staff members who have demonstrated exceptional performance (PFS score of 4.5–5.0) will have an exclusive window to apply for positions featured each week in The Pulse.
- If the hiring manager and search committee determine to offer the position to the exceptional internal candidate, the position will not be posted externally, and additional interviews will not be required.
- Staff members with strong performance (PFS score of 3.6–4.4) may apply once the position is posted externally, and qualified internal candidates will be guaranteed an interview.
