The Black//Latinx Employee Resource Group (ERG) membership continues to promote dialogue with the University’s leadership to better address the needs of the African American/Black and Hispanic/Latinx communities at our institution. The ERG, in their ongoing efforts to serve as a platform to better understand and address issues that disproportionately affect people who have been historically oppressed, is sponsoring a virtual panel discussion at noon Thursday, May 19. “Healing in the Workplace; Lingering Effects from COVID” will contribute to a culture of inclusion, equity and belonging at NEOMED.
