Holiday hours for NEOMED Health Care and Counseling Services

As we prepare for the upcoming holiday break NEOMED Health Care and Counseling would like to remind you that we will be here for you, if you need us. Whether in person or via telehealth (as long as it is in Ohio), we are available to serve your needs for both counseling and medical services. Our hours are as follows:

Monday, Dec. 23 – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 24 through Thursday, Dec. 26 - Closed

Friday, Dec. 27 – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Monday, Dec. 30 – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 31 – 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 1 - Closed

Thursday, Jan. 2 – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Friday, Jan. 3 – 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

After Hours Assistance

NEOMED has an arrangement with Impact Solutions for counseling services after hours. Call NEOMED’s counseling number at 330.325.6757; it will automatically forward to Impact Solutions, where someone will assist you, regardless of the time.

The National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988 is available 24/7.
