Introducing MarCom templates
The University has been on an amazing growth trajectory and many of those growth areas need timely and effective marketing and communication solutions.
When combined with existing priorities among the University’s strategic initiatives, such growth necessitates a multi-pronged service solution that enables the Office of Marketing and Communications to support those initiatives while also managing other service requests.
Solutions to some of those requests are quick and easy (less than 30 minutes). Other requests may require hours of creative work.
For Do-It-Yourselfers
To effectively accommodate marketing and communication needs across the University, MarCom has developed several do-it-yourself templates that will satisfy a large percentage of common service requests.
These easy-to-use NEOMED-branded templates have been created in Canva, and include monitor slides, social media posts, tri-fold brochures, invitations and more.
You’ll need a free Canva account to access the templates. If you’re new to Canva, watch these tutorials to learn the basics.
Need photos, a logo or other branded graphics for your do-it-yourself creation? You can access those here.
For Those Who Need More Help
For more complex solutions that cannot be templated and that are not among the main priorities as determined by the Offices of the President, Provost and the College Deans, a reasonable fee schedule has been developed. Contact marcom@neomed.edu for details on your project.
Projects that fall in this area might include a full marketing and communications plan, an advertising campaign, web or content development, or signage. Such requests should continue to be entered in the Lytho tracking system.
Let Us Know What You Think
