The NEOMED WALK Club is sure to be a fun and supportive way to get moving while connecting with coworkers and working towards your wellness goals.
Whether your goal is weight management, better fitness, stress reduction or simply adding more movement to your day, our walking group welcomes all fitness levels. Participants can also learn more about our available weight management services and wellness resources designed to support healthy, lasting lifestyle changes.
Remember - every step counts!
Join us on Tuesdays at noon beginning June 9 (weather permitting). We will meet by the NEW Center Waterfall - all are welcome!
Don’t forget your walking shoes and a water bottle.
