The Strategy Office is excited to kick off a refresh of our strategic plan! Building off the success of our current strategic plan, NEOMED: Create Transformational Leaders, we will explore ways to improve quality, further the exceptional experience, increase growth opportunities, expand brand equity and improve processes through operational excellence.
