Medical students join Future Leaders Council of AMCNO

Fourteen students in the NEOMED College of Medicine were recently welcomed into the fourth cohort of the Future Leaders Council of the Academy of Medicine of Cleveland and Northern Ohio (AMCNO).

The AMCNO Future Leaders Council empowers medical students, residents and AMCNO members with educational, leadership and networking opportunities. Council members sit on committees, leading public initiatives, organizing events and helping to shape health policy.

According to the AMCNO website, “Future Leaders Council members can make the difference they want to see in medicine and develop a career that is both enjoyable and helpful to them as they grow into the professional leaders they want to be.”
