Meet the students behind the Student Research Symposium

A group of NEOMED students are hard at work preparing for the Student Research Symposium, set for 1-5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 20, in the NEW Center Ballroom and Cook Alumni Hall. The annual event will feature more than 200 students from all four colleges presenting their original scholarly work. All are invited to attend.

Today, we meet committee member Advai Shivakumar, a second-year medical student from Cincinnati, Ohio.
