NEOMED alumna named vice president and chief medical officer of Marymount Hospital

NEOMED alumna Alice Kim, M.D. (’97), M.B.A., has been appointed vice president and chief medical officer of Marymount Hospital, effective Sept. 15, 2025. This is the top leadership role at the hospital.

According to a press release, Dr. Kim is returning to Cleveland Clinic after serving as the president and chief executive officer of ID Care, LLC, in New Jersey, the largest infectious disease group practice on the East Coast and the second largest in the United States.

Prior to her role with ID Care, Dr. Kim spent more than 20 years at Cleveland Clinic in various clinical and administrative positions, including staff physician in the Department of Infectious Disease and as a leader in enterprise medical and regional operations.

She earned her medical degree from NEOMED in 1997 and completed her residency at Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Kim holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University.
