NEOMED Preps for Upcoming HLC Visit

The Higher Learning Commission (HLC) will be visiting NEOMED Sept. 12-13 to conduct a comprehensive evaluation site visit for reaffirmation of the University’s accreditation.

The comprehensive evaluation visit occurs every 10 years, following a self-study and intensive preparation by the University. NEOMED students, faculty and staff will have the opportunity to participate in the visit through open forum and drop-in sessions on Monday, Sept. 12 and Tuesday, Sept. 13. Specific times and locations will be announced in late August in The Pulse.

Following their visit, the HLC Peer Review team will prepare a report of their findings that will be shared with the HLC for a decision on the University’s compliance with HLC criteria for accreditation.
