NEOMED student elected to national leadership post with Pediatric Pharmacy Association

Lauren Ashton, a third-year pharmacy student at NEOMED, has been elected as the Programming Chair for the Pediatric Pharmacy Association’s (PPA) Student Council—a prestigious national leadership position.
In her new role, Lauren will play a key part in planning and coordinating initiatives that support student engagement and professional development in pediatric pharmacy across the country.
Lauren currently serves as the 2024–25 president of both PediaWhales and NEOMED’s Student Society of Health-System Pharmacists (SSHP), exemplifying her dedication to advancing pediatric care and pharmacy leadership.
