Earn a bonus when someone you refer to NEOMED is hired

The Human Resources Department is grateful for employees who refer others for employment with the University, and it wishes to reward you for your assistance in finding the best people to add to our staff.

How the program works:

NEOMED offers a bonus to any eligible employee who refers an applicant that is hired through our recruitment process*:

  • $200 for any referral who is hired
  • $300 for diverse* staff referral who is hired
  • $500 for a diverse* faculty referral who is hired

The candidate must complete an application through PeopleAdmin and list the name of the current employee that referred them in the section “Where did you first learn of this position?”
