New Open-access Publishing Opportunities for Authors at NEOMED Begin Jan. 1

OhioLINK's new agreement with Institute of Physics (IOP), which begins Jan. 1, 2023, offers two major benefits for students and faculty at institutions of higher education in Ohio, including NEOMED.

First, it increases access to important published research from all 70+ Institute of Physics journals including topics on physics, materials science, biosciences, astronomy and astrophysics, environmental sciences, and mathematics.

Second, authors from participating OhioLINK institutions can publish their articles as open access in all eligible IOP journals, without any limit and at no cost to the author and at no additional cost to any institution.

Join representatives from IOP Publishing to learn more about IOP’s portfolio and subject coverage, the steps faculty should follow to submit articles for OA publication, identifying institutional affiliation so that they are eligible for the benefits of this new agreement. Register today for the session from 10-11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 12.
