New procedure to request Institutional Research services

The Office of Institutional Research announces a new procedure for requesting various IR services, such as getting new Qualtrics accounts, responding to data requests and providing technical assistance. If you need help, please complete the IR service request form. A link to the form can be found on the IR website and in the email signature line of IR staff.

Most of the service requests IR receives pertain to Qualtrics. Several people in the Colleges have been assigned to be Qualtrics division administrators, who can address your Qualtrics questions. The IR service request form will make sure your administrator is notified.
