Nominate the Unsung Heroes of the NEOMED Community

You know them – members of the NEOMED community who quietly go about doing extraordinary things. Whether their actions support NEOMED or contribute to the success of our surrounding communities, they deserve recognition, don’t you think?

You can do that by nominating them for the new Unsung Heroes series in The Pulse.

Below is an example from a NEOMED staff member who wanted to recognize the outstanding work of NEOMED’s grounds crew:

“Any time I welcome a guest to the NEOMED campus, they almost always immediately comment on the beauty of the campus, and that they are surprised to see such a charming environment right off of the highway. This is a testament to the outstanding work by our grounds crew, led by Jerry Bergstrom. I have witnessed the amount of thought and care that goes into the landscaping at NEOMED, and it is truly appreciated that we can enjoy a beautiful atmosphere as we come and go each day, and especially when traveling around the campus on a nice day.”

To nominate someone, email thepulse@neomed.edu with the subject line “Unsung Hero.”

Then tell us a little about your nominee – just a sentence or two about what they are doing to bolster our University and/or the community.

Remember, it could be a student, employee, alumnus/alumna, volunteer – anyone who is part of the NEOMED community!
