Nominations are open for President's Excellence Awards
Dear NEOMED Community:
The Office of the President is seeking nominations for this year’s President’s Excellence Awards which include:
- President’s Excellence in Teaching Award – Rootstown-based Faculty
- President’s Excellence in Teaching Award – Clinical Faculty
- President’s Staff Excellence in Continuous Improvement
The Rootstown-based faculty and clinical faculty awards represent the University’s highest level of recognition for achievements and contributions in teaching and continuous improvement. The faculty members embody the ideal of medical education professionals who have positive impacts on students through their instruction, curricular development, mentoring, and supervision.
The staff award represents the highest level of recognition for achievements and contributions related to operational efficiencies that enhance the University. The staff member will have made positive contributions not only within their department but also to the entire NEOMED community.
The criteria for all three awards are included in the links. Please submit nominations to the attention of Heather McColloch (hmccolloch@neomed.edu) in the Office of the President by August 8, 2025.
