Dear NEOMED Community:
The Office of the President is pleased to continue to serve as the point of contact for the University’s visitors who enter through NEOMED’s main entrance and reception area. Students, faculty and staff who expect visitors at the reception desk should meet their guest(s) in the reception area at the designated time of arrival.
At least 24 hours in advance of your guest’s day of arrival, please contact the Office of the President at firstname.lastname@example.org to share the following:
- name of guest(s);
- time of arrival; and
- name and contact information for the individual who will meet the guest(s) in the reception area.
Please note that NEOMED’s Security Office is not the main entry point for guests and, therefore, does not have a badge process established for such visitors.
Guests should be directed only to the main entrance’s reception area. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions.
