The NSF is proposing a number of changes in its annual updates with the Proposal & Award Policies and Procedures Guide (PAPPG) (NSF 23-1).
One of the biggest changes will be the requirement of proposal submissions in research.gov as well as the use of Broad Agency Announcements (BAA).
Additionally, requiring certification language and ensuring compliance with recent statutes, including the Build America, Buy America statute.
