Nupur Goel Earns AAN Conference Scholarship

Fourth-year medicine student Nupur Goel earned a prestigious scholarship to attend the annual meeting of the American Academy of Neurology (AAN), based on her passion and dedication to the field. The AAN Annual Meeting will be held April 22-27 in Boston, Massachusetts.

The AAN Annual Meeting is the top neurology meeting that celebrates ground-breaking neuroscience research and scholastic activity. This year, the AAN celebrates the 75th anniversary of this event.

At the conference, Goel will present her research and ongoing work: "@NMatch2023: A Student-Led Social Media-Based Initiative to Guide Adult and Child Neurology Residency Applicants and Programs in a Digital Era.”

"I am extremely excited and humbled by the recognition and opportunity to present my work on a national platform,” she said. “I cannot wait to meet and learn from the brightest minds in neurology. Most of all, I am proud to be representing the Northeast Ohio Medical University at this event in April."

Congratulations, Nupur!
