Congratulations to clinical faculty member Stanley R. Anderson, M.D., FAAFP, who received the 2022 Family Physician of the Year award from the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians (OAFP).
According to the OAFP press release, the award is presented annually “to an individual who meets and exceeds the criteria of being an outstanding family physician. Other criteria include maintaining high professional standards and service orientations; providing high quality and family-centered continuing health care; and being active in their community.”
In addition to being clinical associate professor of Family and Community Medicine at NEOMED, Dr. Anderson is president of Jackson Family Practice, an independent, private practice in North Canton, Ohio.
