Older adults and students enjoy a "senior" prom

Older adults from throughout Portage County visited campus for an Intergenerational Senior Prom with NEOMED students on Monday, April 7.

Guests enjoyed dinner, dancing and entertainment from juggler Drew Pierson, guitarist and folk singer Ed Amann and dancers in the Step & Sway student group.

The prom was sponsored by the NEOMED Offices of Geriatrics and Palliative Care, Consortium of Eastern Ohio Master of Public Health, Portage Senior Services Network, H Peter Burg Foundation and the Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program (GWEP) at NEOMED.
