President John Langell is the next VITALS speaker
President John T. Langell, M.D., Ph.D., M.P.H., M.B.A., joins VITALS | Visionary Health Leadership in Action as speaker at noon, Thursday, June 20, via Zoom. His presentation is titled "Transforming Higher Education Through Innovation and Value Creation."
Stepping away from his usual role as host, Dr. Langell will have 17 minutes (the average length of a physician-patient encounter) to discourse on one of the VITALS topics: Value-based, Innovation, Technology, Advocacy, Leadership and Service.
VITALS is NEOMED’s health leadership program presented in collaboration with University Hospitals.
Dr. Langell is the seventh and current president of NEOMED. He has more than 25 years of experience in higher education, and has served in senior leadership positions in academic health care, industry and nonprofit organizations, and the federal government — as a commander in the U.S. Air Force.
