Quiet study area of library to close for renovations

The Quiet Study Area of the library will be closed Dec. 13, 2024, through Feb. 28, 2025, for renovations.

Alternative study locations can be found in the Bitonte Atrium (near the Great Hall), Giant Eagle Commons and the newly renovated Timken Collaboration Space (next to the MEDIC).

Upon completion, 23 private study rooms (4-6 people per room) will be installed in the area, as well as a few open areas for quiet conversation. All new flooring, ceilings, lights and furniture will be installed.
