Registration now open for NEOMED’s Lean Six Sigma certification trainings.
Lean Six Sigma is a time-tested methodology that uses a structured, data-driven method to improve business processes so that they are efficient, error-free and centered on the end-user.
At the start of each training, project teams identify an improvement idea that directly impacts their work area. The Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools are then applied using the selected improvement project.
Participants are encouraged to attend as a project team, comprised of 2-4 colleagues from either a single department or across multiple departments. Individuals are welcome to register as well.

Sessions are held include large group learning, small group break-out activities and application of key Lean Six Sigma concepts using established templates and tools. Project teams receive customized project mentoring during the five-week training and meet outside of class to complete learning exercises.

GREEN BELT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
Participants deepen their understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools through the Green Belt Certification program. The training integrates self-paced learning modules centered around the DMAIC framework and pairs it with hands-on application of concepts through learning exercises.
Project teams are supported during the 15-week program through weekly project mentoring touch points. Additionally, the training cohort gathers every three weeks to complete collaborative learning activities.
