Register today for Lean Six Sigma Certification Training

Registration now open for NEOMED’s Lean Six Sigma certification trainings.

Lean Six Sigma is a time-tested methodology that uses a structured, data-driven method to improve business processes so that they are efficient, error-free and centered on the end-user.

At the start of each training, project teams identify an improvement idea that directly impacts their work area. The Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools are then applied using the selected improvement project.

Participants are encouraged to attend as a project team, comprised of 2-4 colleagues from either a single department or across multiple departments. Individuals are welcome to register as well.
