Reminder about study space use expectations

Students:

As NEOMED continues to improve your study space with the renovations to the 24/7 Space, we ask for your attention to the Study Space Standard of Use to ensure that everyone has access to these spaces. We want to be sure everyone can access the spaces that are currently available in a fair and equitable manner.

• Remember that you should NOT leave the study rooms unattended for longer than 30 minutes. If you are leaving the space for more than 30 minutes, please remove your belongings so that another student can use the space.
• If your belongings are left in a room for more than 30 minutes, another student has the right to remove those items and place them outside of that study room door.
• Also remember to please dispose of your trash and wipe off the white boards when you depart.
